Due to the Work Programmes, new call of Social Challenges 1 and 6 of the Health and inclusive Societies area, last Tuesday 6th February, TIC Salut Social Foundation organised an event in Barcelona where new topics were shown envisaged to finance. There also shared helpful tips to introduce a winning proposal and the success factors in order to obtain the European funds.
The professional association of Physical Activity and Sports of Catalonia (COPLEFC) organise the next 22nd September the Event Mobilitza't Apptivitat Física. How mobile phones may turn us into more active with the will of attending and sharing the novelties and proposals of the professional sector related to the mobile apps.
One of the purposes of the TIC Salut Social Foundation is to enhance the people's health through the digital transformation. Accordingly, during 2017 TIC Salut Social started with an innovation line focussed on the research of new disruptive technologies in the market as the Internet of Things, Virtual reality or artificial intelligence.
Virtual Nurse, the first app that successfully overcomes the accreditation process of the AppSalut Site.
In early 2016, when this accreditation process had begun, there were assessed a total of 8 applications in the healthcare area. One of them is the Official Nursing Association of Barcelona (COIB -Col·legi Oficial d'Infermeres i Infermers de Barcelona) Virtual Nurse App which is the first application that successfully surpasses all the apps' accreditation process.

To mark the official launch of the TICSalut Foundation's Innovation Observatory, we meet with Dr Donoso, director of the Clinical Diagnostic Imaging Centre of the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, to discuss the future of digital clinical imaging from different perspectives.

The event was focused on the app's innovation and interoperability principles and providing the setting in the Health Innovation Plan Code 100
The last 19th January, Santiago de Compostela hosted the eHealth Technical Event, focussed in the interoperability principles and app's innovation within the Code 100 Health Innovation Plan. The event was about three main panels: 1) European view on the standards-driven by the solutions integration for the patient empowerment. 2) Users' feedback on the functional characteristics and of usability in the solutions designed for the patient. 3) Architecture and standards models in the embedded solutions.
